What we collect
When you use our Contact, Open a Case or Enrol forms we collect the details you type in: name, email, mobile number, your message and any evidence files you choose to upload. For security we also record your IP address, browser type and the time of submission. Certificate verification only uses the certificate ID you enter.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, investigate a case you report, process an Academy enrolment, issue and verify certificates, and protect this website from abuse. We do not sell or rent your information.
Case evidence
Evidence files are stored privately, are never published on the website and are accessed only by our investigators handling your case. When you report a crime we may advise you to share details with law enforcement; we do this only with your consent or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years, case records for as long as needed for the investigation and any legal requirement, and certificate records for as long as the certificate is valid.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing enquiry@tracexis.com. We will reply within 30 days.
Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption, input validation and rate limiting, and access to stored data is restricted to authorised staff.
